Wells City Band is a friendly and family-orientated brass band where players of any age, background, and experience join together to play music, have fun and serve the community.
Our members range from very experienced musicians, those wanting to return to music after a break, to young students just beginning to take their first steps into banding.
We are a non-contesting band and therefore are not restricted to the traditional formation, so we actively encourage new members to join the band no matter which brass or percussion instrument they play.
The main band membership fee is £40 per year, which covers instrument loan, uniform and music.
