17th January -Wells Community Day, Wells Cathedral
A whole day of entertainment in the Cathedral to celebrate Community Day. We will be playing between 11.15 & 12.15. There will be lots of stalls with information about local community organisations.
10th May – Swing into Spring at Cedars Hall, Wells
Come and experience the truly unique and wonderful sounds of a brass band as it swings a tribute to one music’s great genres. Featuring the wonderful world of classic swing music with works by Duke Ellington, Glen Miller, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Herb Albert and many more. 16th May – Celebrating the Mayor Making at Town Hall, Wells
It is our honour to again be playing on the occasion of the new Mayor of Wells investiture. Timing 4.30 – 5pm
6th September – Bandstand, Wells tbc
What better way to spend a sunny afternoon than at a free open air concert. Bring a chair or a rug and a picnic lunch and come and join us around the bandstand in the park. Timing 12.30 – 2pm.
7th November – Bridgewater Carnival Concert, St Mary’s Church
The UK’s oldest carnival and one of the largest illuminated processions in Europe also encompasses a whole day of free events. For more details see https://www.bridgwatercarnival.org.uk/ Timing 12 – 2pm.
14th November – Artisan Christmas Market, Bishop’s Palace, Wells tbc
A great opportunity for some early Christmas Shopping with the Palace filled with a variety of stalls selling unique gifts. Tickets available for this weekend event from bishopspalace.org.uk Timing 12 -2pm
13th December, Brass at Christmas in Cedars Hall, Wells
