Thank you Croscombe and the One Thousand Summit.
Thank you to the village of Croscombe who invited us to give a Sunday afternoon concert in aid of raising funds for their village hall.
With over 90 pre concert tickets sold it was a full hall. Add to this lovely hospitality and welcome which included 2 bars (!) we are delighted to hear that just over £1000 was raised to support the village hall and the future community events held there.
Wells City Band next hit the road for another full concert this time at St Mary’s Church Bridgwater on 7th November as the town celebrates carnival day. The band will also be at Cedars Hall Wells on Sunday 13th December for our annual Christmas concert. Tickets are going fast already.
Thank you again to all the folk of Croscombe. It was a pleasure.
